I ordered a new mobile over the phone, i got my confirmation email from Koodo, but when I enter the order number in the track order tool, it says invalid. So do i call customer service or wait a few more days. 

Usually a tracking number takes one or two days to show up on the site. I would wait two more days, if you still get this error, report back here and we could suggest further action :)


The online tracker is only for webstore orders so your order number won’t work there.

Like Sophia said though, you’ll receive a tracking number from whichever shipping carrier they decide to use once the phone ships.
