It’s very frustrated. I have been trying to call and cancel my internet plan but in return , I’ve been left on hold for more than an hour, several times. Is there any possible alternative way to cancel it ? Thanks so much for any help!

Not long, the rep will respond here as I have. The response times can vary but they will get to your post. It can range from a few mins to a few hours but they will respond. 🙂👍
