I was already an existing koodo customer, and I upgraded my phone. It came with a sim card, but I don’t know how to activate it. Calls still go to my old phone. What do I do?

When you upgraded your phone, they always send you a phone with new/extra SIM card.

You can keep it as a back.

You can take a SIM from your current/old phone to your new phone and continue to use your number/service.
