I switched to Telus and I still had like half of a month left and it’s showing I have a credit of 27.35 left with you guys how do I get that back

Hi there,
So any amount above $5 remaining on your account for unused days will automatically be refunded to you through your pre-authorized payment method in 3-5 business days that Koodo has on file.
If you haven’t enabled pre-authorized payments, you’ll receive the refund by cheque, which can take 30-60 days. Even though Telus owns Koodo, it won’t be transferred to the Telus account, it will just be refunded back as described. More information can be found below. 🙂
