Hey there is some problem with my goggle device and when i contact them regarding this they told me that they need receipt that mention IMEI number and date of purchase and when i contacted koodo customer service they told me that the service agreement is only the invoice but when i send that to goggle they told me that its not proof so we cant accept it so please help me out if anyone knows this.

When did you get the phone? And you can reply back to google that was paper that had all information they wanted, IMEI and date of purchase. Did they want a paper that had the text “invoice” in it?


I brought the phone back in January  and i already told goggle that this all the information i have but they declined it anf told get invoice and they want a paper that mention  IMEI number and date of purchase

The date of purchase, the phone model and the IMEI (Serial#) are all stated on the service agreement, which is an official proof of purchase. It can be downloaded using the steps here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/viewing-and-downloading-your-customer-service-agreements-csa

If they still refuse the proof of purchase, you can visit a Koodo store or Mobile Klinik location (authorized by Samsung and Google), you can find the warranty and repair policy here  https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/warranty-and-repair-policy
