My account was cancelled because i had an unresolved issue with courier service purolator to return a device. It has been 3 months now and the device is now delivered to koodo but the amount of the device still reflects in my account.
Because my account is cancelled, i can no longer get in touch with any live rep to resolve this issue for me. and i am not ready to pay for a device which has been returned to koodo.
how do i get in touch with koodo live rep without the frustration of this bot?
