I am trying to sign up and get a new phone with a plan and I am having a bit of a time doing this. I am not technically inclined and not knowing how or who to talk to about this. Trying to do this online through my current crap phone and having absolutely no clue..

get a new account and new phone, how do i get a hold of someone to get this started( new to koodo)

+4You can visit a store and have them sign you up, if that is easier for you. Keep in mind that there will be a $50 charge for that, but if you have no idea how to go about signing up online, that might be worth it to you.

Edit: Missed on the parentheses. What issue is it specifically? Is it that your browser on your phone just isn’t working right? Do you have a computer you can use to try? We can try guiding you so you avoid the 50 dollar fee
