I am trying to sign up and get a new phone with a plan and I am having a bit of a time doing this. I am not technically inclined and not knowing how or who to talk to about this. Trying to do this online through my current crap phone and having absolutely no clue..

You can visit a store and have them sign you up, if that is easier for you. Keep in mind that there will be a $50 charge for that, but if you have no idea how to go about signing up online, that might be worth it to you.

Edit: Missed on the parentheses. What issue is it specifically? Is it that your browser on your phone just isn’t working right? Do you have a computer you can use to try? We can try guiding you so you avoid the 50 dollar fee
