I want to purchase a new Samsung tablet and use it as my phone. My current S9 is outdated 3G. I do not see any Koodo tablet plans listed.

You can only purchase tablets from Koodo attached to a tablet plan ($15 4GB, no calling/texting) AND you need to have an existing mobility account.
