Cannot schedule a call back

Hi Can someone schedule a call back for me, I have been trying for 3 days and it is just showing me an error(see below).

I've been trying self serve and then it brings me to connect to a rep and as soon as I hit connect to a rep, the error shown in the image occurs

Maybe we can get some insight into if this is a larger issuer atm or not. In the meanwhile, you can also get assistance here on whatever question(s) you have.

Thank you guys, it has been resolved now a callback has been scheduled.

Well I can't schedule a call back it's been over a month now I get the same error messages

Yes I get the robot telling me not to worry and go about my day someone will contact me. No one does. When robot rep transfer me to a rep it says to reload the page but does nothing and then says reload the page. Which just leaves me in a loop

Thanks for not helping get me to an agent. This is becoming a joke I am ready to switch companies

I tried. I will wait til tomorrow then I am not sure wait til my phone gets cut off then I will be able to talk to absolutely no one. Fantastic. Why is this call back through your robot rep not working properly anyways? It used to work just fine!
