I have two phone plans. One for me which is fine, and another one that my daughter uses. I’d like switch the auto pay off of her phones plan, and switch the number to her new phone. I find it impossible to get anywhere with this issue.

Hi there,
To clarify your last point, were you looking to move her prepaid number from one device to another? As you just need to remove the prepaid sim from the old device and insert it into the new one. You do not have to cancel the line to transfer it from one device to another.
or were you looking to just cancel the prepaid account and thats all?
