Yes, the Jan.11 bill for $15.82 was cancelled but the Dec. bill for $138.03 shows up on my credit card and was paid on Dec. 28th. I mistook the earlier post that the Dec. bill would be cancelled. I need this Dec 28 payment to be reversed,

I’ve been on the phone over 1 hour & the rep agreed the charges would be refunded but the only way to get the refund is to ask my cc bank to reverse the payment. Koodo was unable to issue a credit back to my cc.
