cancellation Internet for the past five months or more

I didn’t request for cancellation for the past five months, but they still charging me more than five months now

Mine is a home Internet is not a mobile I didn’t know. I never used the Internet so I cancelled it the same I connected

Did you get the equipment?

How did you cancel though?  Did you speak with a rep about canceling?

When you login to self serve do you see internet services under Internet and Subscriptions?

I did talk to someone just like the way I did here with you, but they say to me that I have prepaid account so I just need a note to make any payment, but I didn’t even know that they set up automatic payment

If you’re on prepaid, in order to stop automatic payments on your account you need to cancel the automatic top-up in self-serve. 

If you have Koodo home internet, check your Internet and Subscriptions status in self-serve to confirm if the service is still active. If you want, I can flag a rep to review this for you.

Just found your old post. You had simply said that you want to cancel your service and said IF you have prepaid, you can just not make any payment.
Koodo Internet however isn’t part of prepaid. You would need to call into Koodo to cancel that.
