I have been trying to cancel my subscription many times.  I have waiting on hold for over an hour on several occasions only to be disconnected.  I have never been able to connect to the internet I am frustrated

please help me to cancel the subscription of koodo internet i am not able to do it because customer service is not picking my call

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription plan for home internet for 3 days.  I’ve been on hold for well over 3 hours collectively and I keep getting bounced around to different departments.  Today, I was sent to the dept (I live in toronto) - that was a good waste of time.  I’m leaving the country and need to cancel.  This is really insane it should take 5 minutes.  This is bordering on scam territory. Please help.
