cancel internet subscription

Could you assist with cancelling my home Internet subscription. I've been trying to get this done since morning and spent more than 3 hours on the phone with no persons to speak to.

Unable to cancel Internet via koodo assist. Requested callback representative is from koodo mobility and they don't help much, and one of them responded said we don't work for Koodo.

Yes, I did follow all the steps, but the problem was to contact to Koodo, I was harder than go to the moon because they never even responded.

Thank, but good luck with that. I did try to contact with them, but no luck. The issue was your Koodo internet team never even responded,. I was waiting on the phone calling after transfer almost 4 hours no response, and at the end just ended the itself.  I don't understand how Koodo works, I like want to cancel my service immediately, and I do hope that you could assist me with that please and thank you. I am not happy with the service that provides by Koodo.

This is the same experience for me. I’ve been on hold for over 2 hours on my second attempt at calling. My first call was disconnected. The second call, I had a very friendly Koodo employee (Melvin) try to connect me with the internet team while keeping me on the line. He was wonderful but not able to get through before handing it off for me to remain on hold…. If there is an alternative way of canceling the service, please share this.
