I Dont like my phone that I am on contract with Koodo and want to change the phone.
Can I pay of my Remaining Tab balance and trade of the phone to buy a new phone from samsung store ?
I will continue to use Koodo till the end of agreement,
Do I need to pay Tab Bonus balance in this case as I will be using Koodo service till end of the agreement.
Please suggest

Yes you can trade the phone in, and you would only need to pay off the tab bonus if you upgrade with Koodo or cancel your services before the 2 years is up.
If you choose to buy a phone directly from Samsung then all you’d be responsible for is the the balance which you can pay all at once or continue paying monthly for.
