I Dont like my phone that I am on contract with Koodo and want to change the phone.
Can I pay of my Remaining Tab balance and trade of the phone to buy a new phone from samsung store ?
I will continue to use Koodo till the end of agreement,
Do I need to pay Tab Bonus balance in this case as I will be using Koodo service till end of the agreement.
Please suggest
+4Yes you can trade the phone in, and you would only need to pay off the tab bonus if you upgrade with Koodo or cancel your services before the 2 years is up.
If you choose to buy a phone directly from Samsung then all you’d be responsible for is the the balance which you can pay all at once or continue paying monthly for.
