All my credit cards say this and won't let me pay. What a broken website

Note: All of my credit cards work fine and the information is exactly correct. Still won't let me pay. I really admire you for surviving. What kind of user would tolerate a service like yours?

Does your credit card info (name, billing address, etc) match your account info (name, address, etc)?  This mismatch is what is likely causing the error


I know. My card matched the address perfectly. And there is no place to enter a name. There is only one zip code, yes, I am correct.
 


The name 9n the credit card needs to match the name on the account. You don't need to enter the name or the address. But the info for your credit card (via the credit card company) needs to match the info on your koodo account. 

And if you are using a zip code instead of the postal code, it means you are using a US credit card and this is a Canadian service with a Canadian Address on your koodo account. That might explain the issue
