I placed an order for the promo and received a confirmation in my email. Did it together with my spouse on the same day (before it expired), he got a debit alert for the $5 sim card fee but I did not. Now he has received email that his SIM has shipped but still nothing for me.

 

How do I get Koodo to honour my order? Help!!

Did you use the same or different email to register for the 2 new lines?


No. I used my email and my husband used his. He seems to be okay but not me. 😔
