Wrong data usage shown

my account says  0.14 GB used for data, but clicking on "View Usage History" shows about 40MB, which is the same as in my phones data usage settings. Why is koodoo incorrectly saying I used more data?

Hi ​@sahands, to facilitate data usage, devices will reserve data in advance. For Koodo, the reserved amount is 100 MB. If the data is not used or the data session closes, the reserved amount is restored back to your data bucket. Based on the 100 MB difference in the usage, it’s possible this is the case here. 

The detailed usage can also take some time to update so it’s also possible the full usage is not showing yet.

Very weird way that koodo does the calculations, I had never heard of reserving data.
