trying to use new sim card - email verification code not being sent

Trying to register a new SIM card with my phone number, had to get a new phone.  It’s a prepaid. The verification code never gets sent to my email (double checked it’s the right one) , and I can’t get it via text cause my phone is busted.  Have no idea what to do

Have you checked your junk folder?

Definitely, more than once. All the other Koodo emails just go to my inbox but Ive checked every folder in my email multiple times.

In the past I know koodo's forgot password email was very delayed from being sent. Not sure If this is the case as well.
