Hello,

I’ve been using Volp.ms and tried to port in numbers to Koodo prepaid eSim. 

Got a rejection email so need to reach out them to figure out. but can’t receive SMS to access Koodo account . Tried to call porting service number but seems my number is not on Koodo so failed to reach out them too..

I’m leaving Canada in two days and afraid to get new number by Koodo (which I don’ need and can’t access account to prevent auto charges.)

Contact to Volp to see if they reason but they just send me account number 😕 is there way to contact Koodo porting service without phone number or email them to figure out this?

To be clear, you want to port from voip to Koodo, or from Koodo to voip?

I’m surprised to hear this issue. I’ve ported from a voip service to Koodo before and it wasn’t an issue. It just took longer than normal. VOIP.MS’s customer support says to reahc out to them again if you got rejected. Was the email giving you your account number after you reached out to say that the request was rejected?

Yep! I contacted to Volp porting service and they provide me account number and other info.

But I have no idea how to reach out Koodo to give this info away since I can't access Koodo account or call them :( 

You need to re-initiate the port.  WIthin the port request there is a field for the account number

How to access port request service since I can’t register Koodo account?

You need to sign up for Koodo prepaid by registering for Koodo first.  Koodo will assign you a new temporary number.

THen you can port in your number afterwards
