Switching pre-paid plans mid-cycle

If I switch from the $15 “unlimited texting” plan to the $15 “100 minute” plan mid-cycle, will I get a prorated refund on the unlimited texting plan?

And, will I get the 250 MB of data even though I am already signed up for auto top up?

If you change plans mid month you will NOT be refunded for the unused portion. You'll need to wait until the last day or two of your plan to make the change.

I'd like to think the data bonus includes people already signed up but you never know. I'll flag a Rep to confirm.

Hello @Steve Mallion! The Automatic Top-Up bonus data is available for anyone who gets a new rate plan, both new and existing customers, so you should receive the 250MB when you switch to the new plan.
