"Status: Suspensed" > No solution on face of Earth

hi. Feb 26 was due date. i am logging in to do payment. when i login to Self Serv (it’s prepaid), it just says Status Suspended and three balls appear and disappear in a loop as if something was supposed to be shown here, probably a way to activate, but it doesn’t. i tried Assist but to no avail. i already topped up account more than required. 

can someone please help?

Hi there,

If you’re ok with keeping your base plan, have you tried calling *611 from your prepaid number? This will bring you to the automated payment system which will allow you to top up the account even when suspended.

Note it may require you to restart the device once the payment has gone through successfully.
