I have a problem on my koodo simcard. I cant call using it and i cant receive calls. They can call me its ringing on the other phone but i doesnt appear on my device. Can you please help me for this. My nmber is under my husbands account. g**@gmail.com here is my email . Pls help me to resolve this issue. Calls is very important espcially on my work. Thnk you

what kind of phone are you using? If you try the sim card in another device, does the issue persist? If you can, please edit your original post and remove your email as this is a public platform for anyone to view.

When did the issue start? Was there any change lately to your account?

Is this a new line?  Did you port your number over to Koodo recently?

Have you tried to restart your phone to see if that fixes your issue?
