Setting new password does not work

Why is there a message that password can’t reset because it doesn’t meet criteria when it ticks iff the boxes that it does. I have no way to access my account now. *611 is useless. ive tried to clewr caches, use different computers amd phones and different browers. this has been ongoing for months. WTF is Koodo so crappy.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? As well, are you currently traveling outside of Canada or using a VPN?
