Red Apple Gift Card

Hi,

I seem to have lost the $20 Red Apple gift card I received from purchasing my Prepaid SIM there and topping up. Is there any way I could get another message, or as an email?

Unfortunately we have no access to prepaid accounts here but you can check with our team by scheduling a call-back.

Where did you get the Red Apple promo from?  Was it online in a store?  Is there something online that mentions this promo?  It is the first time I am hearing about this offer

Unfortunately, no. Prepaid voucher is only issued once and non-refundable. Hence, you might need to buy another one or try to find the old one.

I’m referring to this. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-prepaid-sim-cards-at-red-apple-stores-and-the-bargain-shop
It’s not a voucher. The only other option is for a callback, which I won’t be available for.

Yes! After you’ve renewed or topped up for your second consecutive month with Koodo, you’ll receive a $20 gift card for Red Apple or The Bargain! Shop.

I have the link, but it’s a txt.publicmobile.ca link and it’s not loading anymore. The gift card should not expire though, as it says on the website.

Hi @CommonStorage did you receive the text message with the link? When clicking the link it should direct you to a page with a barcode, does it open for you?

@Georgia Koodo No. There’s an error that suggests the hostname could not be found. Same error on both my phone and computer. It worked previously, but I signed up a year ago.

Did you happen to have the gift card number written down, they may be able to access it that way? If not, you can schedule a call-back through the Koodo Assist to speak to our prepaid team. They can try to find the text message but they may no longer have access if it was sent a while ago.

I unfortunately don’t, as I haven’t opened it since i signed up. I have the broken link, but that’s it. The website said it would never expire, so I didn’t think to save it. Is there no way for an agent like you to retrieve it? I would like to port my phone number out due to my plan ending soon, so I want to claim it first.

Thanks.

I scheduled a callback during my break. Hopefully this works!
