Promotional bonus data problem

I have received a 10G promotional bonus data per month for my prepaid account and it showed up on my account in my web login. However, after I used up my regular monthly data, any extra data that I used got deducted from my data booster add-on  that is already in my current account instead of 10G under my Promotions Usage section. It should deduct from that 10G promotional bonus data instead of my data booster.

Is there any way to get that fixed?

Hi there,

I would schedule a call back with a rep through your self serve account as that is not something you can fix within your phone settings or on your own. They will be able to look into it for you as it is more of an account issue.
