I recently purchased several pre-paid vouchers from my local Shopper Drug Mart. To get to the amount I wanted I bought 4 separate vouchers. When I inputted the PINs, only 1 of the 4 worked. The other 3 return the error “not a valid pin”.
I went to a local Telus/Koodo booth in a mall. They tried hard and knew what they were doing, but hadn’t seen this error before and were unable to do anything for me. They suggested I go back to the Shoppers.
I went back to the Shoppers but they can’t help me at the store level.
Koodo’s customer service is absolute trash: their chatbot doesn’t understand I want to speak to a rep and set up a call, despite this feature working the day before.
I’m struggling at this point. I have over $100 in vouchers which do not work. Meanwhile my phone cannot text, call or use data. Open to any suggestions.
