Hi @Evan Degroot

We have been unable to identify your account based on your community profile.

Just to double check, have you submitted the request for the transfer in self serve and you responded to the verification text sent to your PC Mobile sim card?

If your sim card is working, we recommend scheduling a call back with the virtual assist, as we are unable to access the details from our end since there is no self serve profile created.

You should be able to schedule a call back without logging into your self serve account. Try using callback keyword, you should be prompted with the option to schedule a call back.

Let us know how it goes.

@Flo Koodo It wants me to log in to do a call back. I currently have no self serve as my number port has failed.

No, for help with porting in your case, there shouldn't be any extra fee.
