I stopped paying for my baseplan because I stopped using my phone. Now I want to restart, but when I enter my login info, it says log in is disabled, contact us. How do I start back up? I do hope my booster minutes are still there.

You are right. I Justin called that cell number and it says out of service. Is there any hope I can get Koodo to restore my minutes or my cell number?
Since your phone number is out of service, you may be able to get your phone number back. Normally, when an inactive base plan reaches or goes beyond the 90-day mark, your phone number is sent back into a pool of phone numbers for other Koodo customers to use.
As for the minutes, again, it really depends on when you made your last payment on your base plan. If your base plan has been inactive for 90 days or more, you’ll lose your minutes, unfortunately.
Your best option is to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or a direct message via Twitter to get your prepaid account back up and running.
