I am Koodo’s prepaid customer for year, I‘ve try to login my ac, it asked for change password, after new password accepted and changed successfully, tried to login using my new password, got error prompt”logout or clear your cache” message. Have tried many time clear all cache, using difference browser: chrome, firefox, opera, brave, have tried using different desktop, have tried using my mobile, all returned the same ERROR message!
Try the chatbot to ask for a call back, but it needs me to login my account first, since I’m unable to login my account, so there is no way to ask for help by schedule a call back, please help.

I have finally found a way to solve this problem! Well, just NOT using that old email address for login (my case is myoldemail@gmailcom) ! probably Koodo new security system has bug that tied that specific error message "log out and clear cache" to certain existing registered email address (my case lmyoldemail@gmail.com), therefore, no matter by using different browsers, no matter clear cache a hundred time, no matter using "FORGET PASSWORD", Koodo system would still not accept the login by that OLD login email address. The SOLUTION: just DO A NEW REGISTRATION for my prepaid account service BY giving a NEW EMAIL ADDRESS (e.g newemailaddress@gmailcom), go through the registration steps including provide the 6 digit code, setup new password etc..... Wola! DONE!

I have read many similar cases that other people were reported, but none of the answer worked for me - used different browsers, clear cache, reboot… still no way to login but same error message is encountered - ”logout or clear your cache” ! Please fix it at Koodo’s side, not my side.
