 i tried to create an account. i fulfilled all the requirements but it still wont let me go through. have no idea what happened. 🤦🤦🤦

Did you try things like clearing browser cache, using private/incognito tab of your browser? Making sure it’s not the same as previous 5 passwords as well? Things like that mentioned in the larger thread?

i tried everything you said. so it doesn't relate to password? it is related to the system ?

yes it is a Koodo system issue.

The issue has been going on for about a week now, but they are working on it

yes it is a Koodo system issue.

The issue has been going on for about a week now, but they are working on it

the first "security problem" is from Koodo not hacker.

 

a week is a long time to fix a system problem. but we cannot keep trying everyday wasting our time.

I agree.  But unfortunately that is the situation right now.

Are you trying to activate your prepaid or top up or buy a booster?

i am a new customer.  want to know my account number and maybe top up

I didnt think prepaid had account numbers (I could be wrong).

If you dont have auto top ups enabled, you can call 611 and top up via the automated phone system.

This should get you by in the mean time until Koodo fixes their login system

1. mine haven't been fixed.  

2. just transfer out to other providers.  This is how prepaid works.  I decided to do so.

If you’re not willing to wait out for the fix, and you tried everything suggested here to no avail, you have the option to port out your number. Then you don’t need access to self-serve to cancel any pre-authorized payments. And you get to retain your number.
