password reset

No matter what I do I cannot reset my password i have used every different type of password imaginable every single time it says “does not meet guidelines” its forced me to reset with the update and I need to get into my account this is ridiculous and I cant call anyone because I cant get a call back because I cant log in this process is unbelievable im tired of this website never working

I’m assuming that you’re prepaid? Unfortunately it’s an ongoing issue as noted here:

Why can’t you get a callback? You don’t need to log in to self-serve to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist.

Have you tried using another browser to change your password? Maybe there’s an issue with the browser.

Yes I have done different browsers switched from computer to phone etc and the little Koodo thing would not let me do a call back said I needed to log in which I obviously cannot do

You do not need to login to complete a callback.

Just spam callback until it gives you the option for a callback
