Paid for Prepaid Add-on but it doesn't appear on my account

I am in the US. Paid for a prepaid add-on for 15 days of talk and text service in the US but it isn’t appearing on my account. I’ve purchased this 3 times previously (every 15 days) and it has worked fine. This transaction didn’t. 

Koodo Assist was useless on this matter. 
How can I connect with a person?

How was Koodo Assist useless? It will connect you with someone if you ask. Did the purchase go through still and it’s not showing, or did the puchase also not go through?

Koodo assist just got me into an endless loop of questions. I have since managed to schedule a call back.

Sure but just wanted to confirm as sometimes people assume the transaction went through when it didn’t. 

Unfortunately, prepaid support is limited on this forum, so scheduling a callback for this issue for prepaid is the best option for support. I’m glad you got around the loop. I find that prepaid seems to accept fewer keywords to schedule a callback than postpaid for some reason, but it’ll still allow a callback.
