I am in the US. Paid for a prepaid add-on for 15 days of talk and text service in the US but it isn’t appearing on my account. I’ve purchased this 3 times previously (every 15 days) and it has worked fine. This transaction didn’t.
Koodo Assist was useless on this matter.

Did the call back and eventually the issue was resolved (took long enough that they said “we’ll let you go and call you back when it is resolved”).
No reason was given as to what the problem was. Hopefully it won’t happen again in 15 days.
