Negative self serve balance

Hi, 

 

I can’t top my phone up as it has a negative balance, technically meaning Koodo owe me money - that’s fine, whatever, except my plan is on a temporary hold so I cannot physically unlock the temporary hold as it won’t let me add any money to the plan to do so.

Even more frustrating I cannot call Koodo to ask someone to take the hold off because yet again - it won’t work whilst being on a temporary hold. 
 

Any suggestions?

How much money is in your account and how much does your plan cost?

What error are you getting when you try to add more money?

As well, have you tried adding money through the automated phone system (611) instead of online?

So, you are on the prepaid service and it's temporary on hold... 

It's a bit confusing.

When was the last time you used service? How do you know you have a negative balance?  When was the last time you checked your self serve?
