I have a koodo prepaid number but it hasn't been recharged in a few months now. But now I'm not able to login to prepaid account. It says that my password has to be changed but doesn't allow me to change it.
Regardless, I would like to port his number to a different service provider. But I'm not able to contact koodo to be able to do that cause I don't have a active account, I guess. Is there any way to get this done or have someone from Koodo contact me for this? The koodo assist did not set me up with a call back.
