login attempt failed

Hi, I’m trying to top up my phone and it says my username and password login failed. I have the password saved in my phone and have even changed it with the connecting link to my email and it still won’t work ?? Help please

I assumed it worked fine before?

I guess the issue could be from the “saved username/password” in your device browsers. I would suggest you clear the cache of the browser and try it again. If possible, you could also do it on another device with different browser.

If the purpose is to top up your account, you could also dial 611 from your Koodo hand set and follow the instruction there to topup.
