I recently got 4G smart watch for my kid (Laxcido g4cqk), and outgoing calls are not working. But incoming calls are okay.
Any solutions?
Were you able to add a smartwatch plan to the device? Or does the watch need phone Bluetooth connection to work?

Nope :)

Also, APN must be configured manually for that device (no luck so far)
And it works great for receiving calls.
Interesting, the watch wasn’t Koodo VoLTE list so it couldn’t use LTE for calling, only worked on 3G network. You could try to disable to LTE and use 3G only mode to see if you can make outgoing call or not.

It looks like this is a very limited version of Android (if it’s Android, I see only the model version and IMEI)), I can only disable voLTE there… But I still can not make a call with voLTE disabled...

The toggle for VoLTE was just there to show. VoLTE usage depends on Koodo end, unfortunately. You could send email to manufacturer to see what the option are
