I want to buy a prepaid plan however it doesn’t accept my international master card. And they can’t call me bacause I don’t have a proper sim for calling in Canada, I can only use wi-fi. How can I pay my prepaid sim?

There are certain websites where you can buy prepaid top-up vouchers. I can’t guarantee whether it is legit or not, but you can try at your own risk. Personally I would suggest you to go to one of the stores listed on the Koodo website.

Are you trying to “top up” your prepaid account or buying a new SIM card from Amazon, ebay, etc?

If you are having issue with top-up using an international credit card, you could try to contact them via facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or twitter https://twitter.com/koodo if you don’t have access to a Canadian number.

So prepaid plans do not work outside of Canada and the US.

 

How are you trying to buy the sim?  Or are you trying to top up your sim?

 

And who are “they” that is trying to call you?
