Hey guys, please help. 
 

I have no more data on my phone. I can’t top up because I have no money on my Canadian account. I can’t log in online because I can’t remember my passwords and the password reset is not working. Not receiving an email or text message. How can I speak with a representative?

I assumed you are a prepaid customer? Have you tried to top up by dialing *611 from your phone?

as well, when was the last time you used self-serve? have you checked your junk/spam email to see if they sent anything there.
