I’m in Canada, I have a koodoo prepaid activated phone but I haven’t used it for quite a while, like over a year at least. I need a phone to get a sms text sent to me for verification for work, so I tried logging into my prepaid account so I can add minutes but at login it says: “ Your login failed. Please try again. ”

 

If I try to register a new account to my phone number it says “ The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here

 

If i try to reset my password the page says: “ ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled”

After 90 days the SIM card expires. You need to go buy another one.


After I buy one I then visit https://activateprepaid.koodomobile.com/

and fill out all the information like before like it’s my first time using koodoo prepaid?


Exactly. Your old card is gone as is the number. You can forget about them :P
