I’m in Canada, I have a koodoo prepaid activated phone but I haven’t used it for quite a while, like over a year at least. I need a phone to get a sms text sent to me for verification for work, so I tried logging into my prepaid account so I can add minutes but at login it says: “ Your login failed. Please try again. ”
If I try to register a new account to my phone number it says “ The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here ”
If i try to reset my password the page says: “ ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled”
