Got a new SIM card today as included for a family plan, and part of the instructions we're to change back to normal number by going to “Koodo.com/changenumber” but everytime I click on it it brings me to some overview page which  has no option for changing number, and I also tried going to the “mobile services tab” then change my number through there as well but it keeps redirecting me to the same irrelevant page. I've tried this on two devices and also a device on whole different network and it still doesn't work. This is what I keep loading into.

 

 

I think you need to log into your self-serve first. That page is quite generic. You can follow this to guide to port the number into Koodo https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo
