Can you elaborate on the issue? Did you once have Koodo and then switched to Rogers but are still being billed by Koodo?

Also, if you can Please edit out your personal information from your post, this is a public platform for anyone to see.

hmm interesting. Thanks for the extra info and clarification. So to confirm then you have never at all provided your personal information to Koodo regarding services? As for it to affect your credit score your credit profile would have to have been used.

Have you been the victim of credit fraud in the past? When you called last year about it, do you recall what the reps had said? As this sounds like you were a victim of fraud.

Sounds like a case of fraud then if you’ve never signed up with Koodo. Is this something that you’re dealing with Koodo about, opening a fraud case of the account in question?

You should report this incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and report this to your local police to open an investigation. https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm

I would also suggest you to place a fraud alert on your credit report with Equifax and TransUnion to be notified of any unauthorized inquiries on your credit report.
