Claim remaining balance

I was a Koodo prepaid self serve customer and I switched my phone to Fido last month. Is it possible to claim back my balance of my original account?I switched my phone right after I had paid for the koodo base plan so can I claim that money back as well?

Who I should go to for help if I want to solve these problems?

It is not possible. Remaining balances are forfeited when you cancel a prepaid account
