Has anyone noticed the charge on your credit card is higher than your top up purchase.?
I just topped up $70 plus the GST for total of $79.10. The online transaction shows charge of $79.10. Checking my credit card, the transaction is $80.48. I looked back at other previous transactions and found the same thing.
I believe the Quebec tax would works out to $80.48, but I live in Ontario.

No. Niagara area code. I haven’t been to Quebec since 1967. I checked my son’s account and he too has been charged the higher amount recently. Interesting that the amount is correctly calculated when purchasing the top up online but the charge on the credit card is higher.
I have a call back scheduled for tomorrow. I’m sure they will correct the charge.
Update; Koodo support was friendly and helpful. He could not determine why the system was calculating the total incorrectly. He has raised the issue to the next level. We found three accounts doing the same thing. Here is an example transaction today. Best to double check your actual credit card bill.
