Cant activate sim card, payment form broken at step 4

I bought a new sim card a few days ago to migrate from Public Mobile, however when trying to activate my new Koodo prepaid sim I can’t enter my credit card’s details on the page (Not the card number, expiry date, or security code). I can enter my details fine elsewhere though.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there,

have you attempted after clearing your cache and cookies, trying with a different browser, or by using another device? The setup process works great when it wants to but can be picky at times.

Try incognito/private mode (even if different browser). Disable any VPN/ad blockers/extensions temporarily. Ensure your billing address exactly matches the card’s registered address. Did you get an activation email with SIM details or temp number? Let us know what happens!

While cache/cookie clearing didn’t allow me to enter my card details (Form was unfortunately still broken and wouldn’t allow me to select the fields), what finally fixxed the payment form and allow me to enter my details was swapping to my phone to do it. Many thanks!

That was annoyingly picky of the thing ack...

Awesome glad it managed to work. Its honestly strange sometimes the errors that come up with it but the small random fixes seem to do the trick sometimes 😅
