I helped a student pay for their pre-paid phone a few months ago. I don’t know their phone number. How do I cancel the prepayment arrangement? I looked on my credit card site and can’t do it there. The credit card company is sending me back to Koodo to take care of it, but I’ll be damned if I can get through the frigging site’s chatbot - there is no assistance available from anywhere but here. Hoping you can help because i’m at the end of my rope.

Do you have access to their self serve account? Then you can cancel the auto top up in there.

If you don't, you would need to know the account holder's pin number and schedule a callback through the automated prepaid assistant. You'll need to tell it that you want an agent.
