I can’t receive calls or texts.

I rang my number from skype and it is going straight to voicemail.

I can’t contact Koodo support because the only way is to schedule a call back, and I can’t receive calls! Absolutely ridiculous and shocking customer service.

Does anyone have any suggestions on why this may be and how I can fix it? I’ve already turned my phone off and on which hasn’t helped

I’m with prepaid $25/month for 500mb plan, Iphone 13 Pro

When you log into your prepaid self serve do you see the baseplan as active?

 

Are you able to send texts or make calls or is receiving the only issue? Does data work? 

Was this all working previously? Are you a new customer? 

Where did you purchase the iPhone? 


Yes it says active

Yes I can send text messages and calls as far as I know however it could be converting to wifi calling

I purchased my iphone in the US, it is not the issue as it was working previously


Are you able to make call out with wifi off?

Does cellular data work with wifi off? 


My phone also stopped receiving calls and text messages yesterday. I can make calls and send texts just not receive.

“ I went to settings and disconnected from Koodo as my carrier and rebooted. Then I reconnected and immediately my phone message notice showed up. My phone now receives incoming calls and messages. I will still go to shop tomorrow because I would like to know what started all this.”
