Can't login to prepaid even after resetting password and can't get a callback


When I try to login to my son’s prepaid account that I manage and pay for, it says invalid password. I was pretty sure I was entering the right pw but just in case, I reset it by sending a verification code by text and then changing the pw, which seemed to work. However, I'm still unable to login. I have two other accounts with different emails and those are fine.

I am phasing out use of that email so there’s a small chance that I changed the account to use a different email address but I don’t remember doing that and I tried to login using the few other email addresses I have (other than the two associated with the two other accounts) and that was also unsuccessful.

In case it’s a cookie issue, I tried logging in with a private browser session but that didn’t help.

I tried using the AI chatbot for this and got as far as saying I forgot the email address for the account, at which point it said that I needed to speak to a rep and should click the “speak to a rep” button. When I dicked the button, it said

“I couldn't find a response to your question. Can you try rephrasing it differently?”

At the moment, the account is still active and working and set up to auto-pay so this isn’t urgent but at some point, I will need to login to change something and I have no idea how I will do that.

Any ideas how to proceed from here?

Hi there,

Currently there seems to be lots of different issues when attempting to login to koodo prepaid so I don't think you're the problem.

Koodo are aware of the issues and are currently working on a solution.
