I bought prepaid plan with koodo and trying to enable wifi calling because I travel to other country often.
Hope this will work, Kindly help
My plan 149$ yearly - 30gb and unlimited canada wide calling
I use I phone 13 pro

Koodo does not offer WiFi calling on their prepaid service. This is why it won’t activate; it is only available through postpaid. If you would like WiFi calling you will need to switch over to the postpaid service instead.

WiFi calling on prepaid can be tricky; Koodo prepaid plans don’t always support it like postpaid does. First, check Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling to see if the toggle appears. If it’s missing or greyed out, your prepaid plan likely isn’t eligible.
Try these quick fixes:
